Updating Windows 10 today led to an endlessly looping error window saying that RivaTuner Statistics Server could not function with this new version of Windows.

If like me any of you are running MSI Afterburner, it will run just fine but will keep trying to start up RTSS, thus the error window from Windows will get obnoxious reappearing and stacking multiples of itself pretty quickly.
You'll have to shut down MSI Afterburner to stop the repeating error pop-up and head to 3DGuru and grab the newest version of RTSS which actually fixes the problem.
EDIT: Not sure how to flair this. It's almost strictly gaming related to the new update and not really a 'windows bug' but associated to RTSS and MSI Afterburner or any other program that runs side by side with RTSS.
